This policy explains the types of information that may be processed when you use Hesapica, how optional analytics and advertising choices are handled, and how to contact us about privacy.

Information that may be processed

If you email Hesapica, we receive the email address, message content and other information you choose to include. Hosting, CDN and security infrastructure may also process technical data such as IP address, browser or device information, request time and related logs needed to operate and secure the site.

Calculator inputs and local storage

Calculator values are generally processed in your browser. Some pages may use local browser storage to remember non-sensitive calculator inputs or preferences. The central consent manager also stores your consent choice locally so the site can remember it.

Analytics and advertising choices

Optional analytics and advertising/marketing categories are kept off by default in Hesapica’s consent layer. Google Analytics 4 is not initialized through this layer unless analytics consent is allowed. The AdSense framework may load under denied advertising consent where necessary for Google’s certified regional CMP/TCF flow, while manual ad requests remain paused until the relevant advertising/marketing preference permits them.

Purposes

Information may be processed to operate the site securely, detect technical problems or abuse, remember privacy choices, respond to messages, improve pages when analytics is allowed, and support advertising functions when the applicable consent signals allow them.

Third-party services

Hesapica may use Cloudflare for hosting, CDN and security, Google Analytics 4 for analytics when allowed, and Google AdSense for advertising and consent-related infrastructure. Those providers can process data under their own terms and privacy policies, and global infrastructure may involve processing in other countries.

Retention and control

Local consent preferences can remain in your browser until you change them or clear site data. Server or third-party retention periods depend on operational needs, legal requirements and the relevant provider settings. You can reopen Cookie preferences at any time to change optional categories.
